If it's true, they won't be the biggest for long. Other businesses have made this mistake, the news agency UPI is a classic example. They moved to Brussels in the 1970s and went bust soon after. You cannot run a business that depends on English and the English legal system (or one derived from it) anywhere but an English-speaking country. I write as a court interpreter.
