I have to agree with Gaynor to be honest, the "decent people" you mention simply work for a company and do their job, there is no genuine concern for their clients (not customers) its all about profit at the end of the day purely and simple.
The PI sector has been a cash cow for years, most of the local firms have been swallowed up by the big players who had even less concern for clients and simply.
I simply don't see any sympathy aimed towards this sector at the moment and you have to question why that it
