Where has it been said that the reforms will mean that the claimant will have to use any of your 13 points, as far as im aware most of the claims presented on the MOJ are presented by "admin" staff and the moment you try to call the handler to discuss any CNF they simply advise they have not spoken to their client and the CNF was done elsewhere by an unknown entity hence why most CNF's are simply farcical and inaccurate on so many levels
