It would have been interesting to see just what the new restrictions were. It should have been possible to work something out - or even not to tell people how TLS consulted on what its view on any particular issue would be. There is never any profit in throwing your toys out of the pram. I hope they did not ask for approval to their method of internal consultation. Always risky to ask a question without knowing the answer.
