All very funny.

But I've read the judgment and the claimant had an appalling time. It was no joke to him and this is supposed to be where the profession makes its point.

So I'll make mine.

When you complaining PI claimants come across a perjuring defendant, pray this claim in aid. And anyone else.

This was seriously awful litigation. And as all the issues were factual, aside from controlling the evidence to that which was relevant, the court had to let them get on with it. Good - because that's how you do do justice in the end.
