It may well be true - I don't know but can speculate - that Council and its Boards expect the CEO and other officials to attend on them and that time is wasted on such activities. But again we need to distinguish governance from technical committees. I have never met Ms Dixon on a one to one basis, and she has not attended any of our committee meetings. So her comments cannot refer to us.
