It is odd the Gazette has been allowed to report this story.

Normally it is told to suppress embarrassing news.

For example it has not reported the Law Society spending £1m of your money defending its policy of making Conveyancing Quality Scheme firms buy online training from itself on a monopoly basis. This is illegal under competition law, and a four-day trial ended in November. Judgement is due any day.
