I am in the process of an RTA claim which may also decide in court if the insurers decided their policyholder was wrong In his claim notificational assumption of losing control of his vehicle and colliding with another! That it would be more beneficial to assume both drivers committed equal wrongs? Well THEY have convinced the pro-insurance lobby to convince them that is the case!
