Interesting though because in reality David, and I bet it goes for you and I both that we have had a client who was a Defendant who turns down without us able to advise, an offer because they are 'outraged'.

I mean,how often have the t'other side said we want £150k for example and then 'brought it down' to £150k (10%, for example (or 20 etc...) which was very, fishy), given no reason therefore being suspect as a tool to try to extort a 'settlement' ...

I dont know about you but I cant always advise on figures or potential for success.
