The Judges it appears are looking around to provide an injured buyer with a remedy and blow the lack of fault by any conveyancer . An innocent Conveyancer will be fitted up by an immoral Judge.

So the remedy to my mind is to ensure that our liability to our Buying client that the seller may be a fraudster is excluded.

In passing, it seems to me that if anyone the Agents should be in the firing line; not the Conveyancers, as the Agents will be inspecting the property on the ground and be better able to establish the identity of the sellers and their connection with the property
