I have to ask myself, why is he bothering going on the Road, he already knows what he will recommend and what will happen; he certainly won't listen to what he is being told.The Government will further it's aim of denying access to Justice by imposing unrealistic fixed fees, making it non viable to pursue a claim for Clinical Negligence, thus ensuring continuing poor non accountable standards of health care
