If this is the case with one insurer how many other have been overcharged and by what amount??? Surely every insurer will now be looking closely at what they have paid and if correct!

The SRA seriously need to look at the affairs of Asons and ensure it has a viable future? I for one don't think will be around much longer with all the issues they are facing.

I think they will go before they are pushed especially after this case and the possible exposure they face on possible future claims!
