I'd like to see them justifying this in court. Refusing to pay 10% of a valid invoice for this reason is absurd and a breach of contract.

It would be much better if they required diversity as a condition of giving their work, that is legitimate. I think that would also promote diversity. However, to make it punitive is actually counter-productive.

I know that many white men are commenting against diversity, yes, we all know that your grip on power and money is at stake, but if you can't compete without rigging the system in your favour, you should invent a time machine and go back to the days of Empire.
