Yes, Raynor, thank you for your kind remarks concerning my education. Sadly Latin seems so 'passé' these days. But, are your barrister friends wetting themselves, or worse, at the prospect of all this lucrative work (see especially ABC v. St Bart's NHS Trust) going, well, should I just say, down the pan? Or, is the 'proverbial' just about to hit the fan, or the pan?

But, I do still believe that charging in 6 minute units is fraudulent, and as someone below said, driven by the culture of doing 8 hour chargeable days.

Finally, so far as being the mortgagee of my children is concerned, I strongly suspect that I shall never see any of that money back so my 'equity of redemption' is well and truly 'blocked'.
