Sorry Raynor but you don't understand clinical negligence and the need to prove breach, causation and damage. Your previous posts make that very clear. With that in mind your opinion is worthless.

Moderate whatever almost never applies because most clin neg cases with quantum under say £10k have costs outweighing damages.

Mr Robinson that is sort of what happens except because it is often about opinion, a second opinion is often obtained. If that runs counter to the first opinion well then you may end up at court. If it doesn't then you should get an admission of breach and then move onto causation and condition and prognosis. In those situations costs are relatively modest. But that leads us to the NHS LA.

Personally I have always found the NHS LA reasonable people to deal with, but sometimes the course a case takes does leave me scratching my head when the fight is prolonged beyond reason.
