You don't understand proportionality. You can not sail on regardless of whether your client would pay or not for litigation.

You keep your investigation with tight costs remits. Hence you get very early admissions, instruct Registrars, where in every case possible (or instruct the right expert which if you are the person who didn't about Geriatric GP's in Hospital is worrying), and then if the quantum is too low you don't proceed. You don't jack up a claim to do so.

I know you may not even be able to spell it but that is and always was referred to as "proportional litigation as a person of moderate means" and I should write it in the back of your UneeeeeeTort work book if I were you.

"....Moderate whatever almost never applies ....."

Oh dear oh dear oh dear .........
