So let's understand this - if you have 2 identical injuries. One happens in an rta and the other in a non rta accident, the two claimants will receive different levels of compensation (for the same injury) and the the one involved in an rta will likely be exposed to a higher level of deductions from damages. So same injury, the one in an rta will get much less than he/she should, and be penalised with greater deductions - and this is justice?
