Is that the fault of the insurer or the original medical expert, if the claimant was diagnosed with whiplash ifs safe to say the claimant did not suffer a fracture or bony injury as a result of the accident, the number of claims for soft tissue injuries or sprains with a prognosis longer than 12 months (unless its a certain Dr K..eli) on the grand scheme of things is very low and generally these relate to claimants with pre existing conditions which are only discovered when medical records are reviewed (hardly ever disclosed with initial GP report)
