Anon 7.28, I was rather speaking 'tongue in cheek'. I am not always to be taken literally, although some choose to do so when it suits them despite the contrary being pretty clearly the case.

BTW these two will have had an expensive day out. I will be interesting to see if their clients are still their clients, or have they by now gone off to see someone else, perhaps a clin. neg, litigator, or insolvency practitioner...
