They should though Rayner if massive amounts of jobs are to be saved. Anyhow, on that note, would you happen to know if medical fees would be recoverable in the tiered whiplash accidents according to the new reforms?

Interesting though that they just suspect I think that the punters won't want or be able to afford either Medics or Solicitors to fight their case on.

There has to come a time when Art 6 considerations will come into play on access to court principles and pari passu equality ....

That's probably why the Tories want us out of the EU (and followed by the ECHR if they can)
