The Insurers seem to dismiss the fact that these injuries are usually life changing.
People with such injuries would prefer not to have them and money only goes half way to compensate them for lives which are devastated. Of course in an Industry where profit is King, human misery is ignored. So victims as well are shocked and disappointed.
