The comments so far show that Munby is trying to place judges above criticism. Me I would agree with him if the law removed the right of so called judges, who in effect in administrative courts are just agents for the company known as parliament. (check Blacks Law Dictionary if you do not believe me) they removed their protection from being sued for making decisions contrary to common law. Unless and until this protection is removed then the minor irritation of judges being criticised in the media is all these so called judges can expect.
