Carol Bird, exactly the same thing was done to my vulnerable son who I cared very well for many years without any issues. We have not seen him for 5 years and we never will again but, once I saw him on the streets {looking like a vagrant} by chance.. he ran for his life almost getting hit by a lorry.
Sir Munby is nothing but a hypocrite. He said the reason for his leaving next year is because he cannot get the support to create a better family justice system but, yet still he defends the biased Judges who shows no Respect to our Family Life.
He is wrong to state that "Judge's do have to justify themselves and that the Court of Appeal is the body to scrutnize Judgement". The biased Judge's disbolical, misleading and self-incriminating Judgement was "never" even looked at by Mc. Farlane J {in the CoA}. He just approved the biased High Court Judge's collusion, wrong-decision-making and abuse of power and unfairly dismissed my robust Appeal.
