Most family cases I agree would suit the use of mediator. But do you not consider civil cases involving road traffic accidents are a little more tricky?
Due to third party offerees such as insurance companies!
It is like it's own bible when they have to pay out due to the clumsiness of their policy holder.
Then criminal law, whereby an innocent passerby gets punched in the head and dies. How can one mediate intentional acts?
My own complaint against a legal provider was mediated by the Ombudsman, how can one accept a final decision by them ' yes they did deceive and lie (documented)by committing a conflict of interest against you, but they committed no wrongdoing'. Here you are sir accept £100 (ABS Plc valued at £2.75bn)contribution towards your £10000+ legal cost against the insurer! Sorry Rant over! Keep up the good worrrrrkkkkkkkk chaps?
