Jeremy -We were fortunate enough to have received our message relating to the contract last week. All that meant however was more time to be as frustrated as you appear to be with regard to acceptance. As it happened ,our contract manager visited yesterday for our audit and with her help (and several phone calls to colleagues at the LAA) we discovered that no one appeared to have been allocated the role of designated signatory . once that was resolved it was quite straight forward (he says optimistically)
