It doesn't matter what ABTA are calling for, the effort they would need to put in to marketing to in any way sway claimants from going through lawyers is beyond their purse strings.

Identify the issues in the resorts which are causing people the issues and focus your efforts on improving the health and hygiene standards instead of demonising claimant lawyers for doing their job and providing access to justice for people who have suffered.
