Beggars belief that the SRA have wasted the professions money on bringing an allegation that was withdrawn by them. Perhaps they should be referred to the SDT ! And how did the SDT say there was a case to answer? The allegations brought against the respondent were not even put to him at the investigation stage. And we're later withdrawn. Why aren't those decision makers at the SRA being made responsible and how do the SDT decide whether the matter should have been referred to it?
