My SRA story cannot be told as yet.
My RTA case against an insurer is still pending 3.5 years on.
What I can say is despite written evidence submitted to the SRA towards a conflict of interest between not only my original ABS solicitors and the defendant, but later to find my data had been accessed by the defendant's insurer via the contract between insurer and solicitor.
Politicians, Judges(?), Police, CMA e.t.c are all uninterested as their funding has been severely cut by government who appear like The former chancellor mp to land on a very financially stable platform.
I can let you know if I decide to make an example of the SRA for failing the principles of public interest!
