Further to my comment at 11.25, there comes a point when you dont have anything to lose. This is something that the SRAs Regulatory Supervisors fail to grasp. Unlike Anup Shah and Donna Cannon I continue to post anonymously but if I get to a certain point I will not be averse to identifying myself. Our regulators do not understand that if you over- regulate you will bring those that you regulate to a point where they have nothing to lose. Anon at 7.41 is correct when he says that it is probably better to leave the profession than be regulated by them. That is exactly how i feel.
