Is it spoiling the party to point out that, based on the limited number of responders, you can draw no general conclusions?
It is well established that where people are invited to respond then those who are happy with the situation are far less likely to bother than those who are not.
This "survey" is nothing of the sort. It was a poorly organised opportunity for people to moan
