Comment

"Quality" is a bit like "temperature" or "value". Each can be high or low, good or bad.
To trumpet one's 'quality' does not tell anybody else whether the quality is high or low: hence it's an absurdity (just as in the case of the 'Conveyancing Quality' kitemark).
