For me PN the speaking out part is not the problem, of course speaking out in the right context should be encouraged and or commended. However for me what would have been far more commendable and moreover probably a slap in the face to those Kretins who have created this diseased system. Would have been for him to have deemed her matter dismissed on the basis that her case could not be heard under such conditions (On the grounds that NO LEGAL HELP WAS AVAILABLE BUT NOT FOR THE WANT OF TRYING) And so to go ahead and try her under such circumstances, given her illiteracy and limited capability of understanding etc, WOULD deny her of her legal rights to a fair hearing and thus be a breach of the 'Rules of Natural Justice'
