The QS brand has nearer 60ish member firms. Factual inaccuracy aside it is something of possible tangible benefit.

Perhaps main question for member firms is how do they perceive themselves? The use of 'Quality Solicitors' in their name is indicative of say bulk conveyancers as opposed to high street firms. That may suit some firms and not others. The name could be perceived as a weakness for a firm truly aiming to provide a quality service to individuals and businesses.

There must also be concern at the same management and group ownership as Move With Us. Not to mention the same group ownership of other bulk legal services providers. In light of that are QS realistically champions of the high street? Are they really the same type of organisation that some member firms thought they were joining?

QS are the only large network group out of the many start ups who have meaningfully survived so they clearly have something going for them to give them credit. Interesting times.
