What you have to do is stand on one leg and put your hand up and say "I declare that John of the name Drowsap is not he of the birth" and then "I renounce my legal fiction is a birth certificate". Then the law of Admiralty and common law of Wessex (or is it West Sussex and Mercia?) applies and you can commit whatever crimes you want. Honest.
