Anon 11.29: I work for a large corporate firm and that's not their attitude at all, and the partners openly talk about mental health issues and are keen to do anything they can to not only shine a light on the issue but also show they want people to come to them at the first sign that things may be getting too much. I think you're just working for the wrong law firm - I suggest you move - you might find that helps as much as any assistance you're getting with your depression.
