I would say 95% of my divorce work involves finances.

I agree an online portal would be helpful, but the problems largely involve an unrepresented Respondent. I can't see how that would meaningfully work online. What happens if they don't return an Acknowledgement, for instance? Not everyone has email addresses, is online, or is willing to provide online contact when they're a lay Respondent.

The whole idea of an online court is interesting, but needs a lot of thought.
