I agree with Paul Nichols and problems that can occur with keeping the parties fully informed on line and whether or not both parties are computer literate.
As a family we fell fowl of what was made public on the internet an appeal to the family court

This was an appeal that the childs name throughout the case was not the birth certified name of my grandchild disallowing us any access to truth or justice, only one part was made public, the second part that joined a split case together, no further appeal
This allowed the RCLA to ignore the second part (even though they were sent the copy (by the family) to split the case, change childs name back to birth certified name, cover-up his breech, complicated birth details and a confirmed Cerebral Atrophy diagnosis from the hospital that he was only taken to on doctors orders to investigate
