We shouldn't be surprised should we...after all there's so much insanity around at the moment. I keep on hoping I will wake up one morning and find the last five years have just been a bad dream....

SRA is a misnomer should be SDA - Solicitors Deregulation Authority...a free for all for all the crooks whose numbers seem to be increasing exponentially!!!

This is probably yet another cost saving exercise - remove regulation - and there's less work for the SRA to do - not that I've seen them do much which is effective or appropriate to date!

Solicitors need to take back control of their profession and over who can or cannot be part of it - for the sake NOT of the profession but the poor old clients!
