So the claimant community are already trying to think of ways to maximise their costs even if they haven't reached the maximum suggested within the pilot! I suspect this will go the way of the portal and all fraudulent behaviour (part of the reason for the portal and fixed costs) will be subject to litigation and courts will require reasonable behaviour (e.g. Disclosing medical evidence within 14 days of receipt with a schedule).
