They just don't know how to use technology. Rather than having videolinks for sentences, they use them for PTPHs. Rather than using the same system in the Crown Courts and in the mags courts, they've got two different systems. Rather than using the MCOL system fully for small claims, half of the correspondence is still sent in paper form. Don't force technology where it doesn't want to go; use it where there's a natural need. And, above all, ask the court users and not just your own pals on the bench.
