Anon at 13:48, 'insurers' and 'ashamed' are not words that sit terribly easily in the same sentence. Overall however, and on a more serious note, I echo the surprise already expressed that this govt remains hell bent on the PI 'reforms' in circumstances where they really do have more momentous matters to be getting on with. You'd think they'd have learned by now the dangers of pandering.
