Mick C. Are you talking about people instructing a solicitor or barrister or just any tom, dick or harry? If anyone can appear in Court it will result in even more chaos than we are currently seeing. McKenzie Friends need to be regulated and properly trained if they are going to be allowed in Court.

This case demonstrates that Mr Bright does not have a clue how to conduct matters properly or professionally. As for asking a witness to amend key evidence before it was handed to the Judge is disgusting conduct.

Any McKenzie Friend subject to this much criticism from a Judge should be banned immediately.
