The courts are there for the citizen. I see no reason why said citizen should not seek assistance from whomsoever they decide.
Many will instruct those who have training and qualifications, and charge properly for having such, but nobody should be compelled to do so. At the very least, having a wide choice of "provider" will allow the qualified to differentiate themselves from the rest.
As for the judiciary, being frequently confronted by the unqualified may well teach them respect for the qualified....sorry, "postmen"!
