Oh, Lord! This selfsame slogan was inflicted upon us 10 years ago when I was the supervisor of a London law centre. We were asked to shut up the centre for a day and to display on the front door a large No Entry sign bearing the words "access denied". This was apparently intended as a protest against some proposed minor legal aid reforms which in the event we found to be greatly beneficial. Precisely how the public were to be benefited by our barring them out for 24 hours was never fully explained. Anyhow, I'm proud to say that we ignored the activists and kept our doors open - thereby ensuring that "justice" was not "denied".
