Taking it for granted that we all accept fraud is bad and that fraudulent claims should be stamped out, why is this article headed 'fixed costs plea to stem bout of holiday sickness claims' ? as if that's a good thing. Can you imagine the outcry if on of the daily's ran an article, 'Plea for reduced eligibility to stem winter fuel allowance claims'

Why are we looking to somehow reduce access to justice and why do many people on this forum think that is a good thing? The inability to get recourse when you have been wronged leads to a bitter and unjust society and I don't want to live in such a place.
