There is no social utility in cold calling and in respect of claims is a scourge that has tainted all solicitors as ruthless and greedy. The person on the Clapham omnibus does not know or care about the distinction between solicitors and CMCs and this confusion has aided and abetted the anti claims lobby by painting us, the PI lawyers, to be the bad guys. An impressive PR feat it has to be said. There should be no mealy mouthed, beating about the bush, these activities should be a criminal offence, unless the recipient has signed an informed consent along the lines that they wish to be pestered day and night be people inciting them to commit an offence of fraud and trying to entice them to do so by claiming falsely that £3267.83 has been set aside for them in relation to their non existing accident and injury.

It makes me so angry that this social curse is allowed to continue and I am at a loss to understand why.
