I agree entirely with anon@13.55. There are good and bad claims out there. The good ones will usually win and the bad ones eg old, undocumented in resort or doctor, facebook evidence, consumption records from the bar etc will fail. it is about picking the right fight. Hopefully a lot of the hyperbole from the tour companies will die down when they see claim volumes stabilise. They are however dreaming if they think this particular "cat" will be going back into the "bag" anytime soon. Consumers know their rights now and it is here to stay.
