Strong allegation...and awful grammar (don't get me started on your apostrophe use!)

"When fraud came..." what does that even mean?

I get the distinct impression that you are a lower level file handler in a large Defendant firm; that's okay though, Defendants (note the lack of apostrophe) need lawyers too.

Just don't believe all of the propaganda; if you ever want to unplug from the matrix you will realise that the claimant world is not full of shady characters and organised criminals.

If what you say were true, those same CMCs, Barristers and law firms would surely have faced sanction by now.

The conduct to which you refer is an absolute minority, don't tar an entire industry with the same brush.

If you really are concerned about fraud; look at the Autofocus scandal.

Up to 30,000 false statements, fraud on "an industrial scale".

Nearly a month since the perpetrators of this fraud were sentenced and not a single press release of any note from anyone within the defendant community condemning this conduct or blaming Autofocus for increasing premium levels.

The ABI, their devoted minions (of which I fear, you may be one) the tabloid media and spineless politicians have helped perpetuate the biggest fraud in civil justice by convincing the British public that a non-existent compensation culture will take away their first born; thereby convincing them that the erosion of centuries of evolved common law rights is something that should be welcomed with open arms.
