All very well, but what about the concomitant decline in customer service viz court delays in handling correspondence, loss of hearing bundles, judges who don't read their papers, judges who are just plain rude to advocates, lack of court ushers, absence of minimum refreshment facilities, to name but a few of the issues which aggravate practitioners both crime and civil on a daily basis.
