"We'll draft a new law, get it through Parliament in a few months time, and make it a very serious offence to throw acid, and we'll make it carry a very heavy sentence" Cheers all round, well at least from their cohorts.
BUT, when I was young, sec 18 GBH carried life, and the guidelines particularly mentioned the use of acid, doesn't it still ?
